Solicitors, I believe, is probably one of the greatest legal crooks on the face of the Earth. I submit that Martin O’Carroll and his firm of solicitors Michael Lanigan & Co.Solicitors 1 High Street Kilkenny City have perverted the course of justice and helped themselves and their unscrupulous lying client to benefit from the making of false allegations before the Residential Institutions Redress Board in 2003, and again before the High Court in 2005 and 2006 in which their client Mr. David Connellan had falsely stated that while resident as a child in St. Josephs Industrial School, Kilkenny City, Ireland, he had suffered sexual and physical abuse from my friend over forty years ago. The Irish State and the Catholic Church have conceded liability without my friends knowledge , and this they carried out without informing or calling my friend as a witness to give evidence or to defend himself against what Mr. Connellan had untruthfully stated about him at the High Court. Long before the High Court proceedings in 2005 and 2006 , and before the Redress Board Determination about Mr. Connellan in 2003, Michael Lanigan & Co. were acutely aware of the protests and challenges made to them by my friend which disputed the allegations made against my friend by their client Mr. David Connellan. They knowingly concealed thisvital information from the High Court and proceeded at the Redress Board, while they damned and destroyed my friends good name and his Family. They claimeddamages from the Church and the Irish State for vast amounts of money for themselves and their untruthful client. They denied my friend information,access , and his right to defend himself. There were several claims made by Mr.Martin O’ Carroll on behalf of his client, and in one settlement alone, over three hundred thousand euros was paid out by the State to these unscrupulous people. In early March 2006 my friend wrote again to Martin O’ Carroll, Michael Lanigan & Co. and on 23-3-2006 this spurious firm of solicitors confirmed to my friend that they "would not be in a position to divulge any information whatsoever in respect of any clients case to a third party". This was a cover-up, and a blatant refusal by Lanigan & Co. to answer the pertinent and serious points, challenges and queries placed before them by my friend. In his letter dated 30-7-2007, my friend informed Martin O’ Carroll that his client, Mr. David Connellan had given false, unfounded and untruthful evidence to the High Court, and my friend had requested his permission to view the proceedings of the judgment by Justice Diarmuid B.O’Donovan delivered on 21st March 2006.IEHC 119 [1997 No. 113984P.],while stating “I hereby request your permission to view the proceedings in the above case because I have been informed that the order of the High Court contains derogatory, malicious, scandalous, defamatory, untruthful and false references to me”. On 14-8-2007 Martin O’ Carroll declined my friends request while stating that “the proceedings were a matter for record” On 34-8-2007 another letter of request was sent to Mr. O’ Carroll by my friend. On 6-9-2007, Martin O’Carroll declined the request, and he stated “As far as I am concerned this concludes the matter and I request that you do not correspond with me further”. To add insult to injury, the malicious untruthful allegations made against my friend by Mr. O’Carrolls client was approved as being undisputed truthful fact by the Honorable Judge Diarmuid O’ Donovan without my friends knowledge, and without my friend being present at any of Mr. Connellans High Court hearings. I submit that every citizen of Ireland and their Families are at risk from the likes of Martin O’ Carroll and the very corrupt Irish legal system. Innocent victims will loose their constitutional, civil, national,and international Rights at the pleasure of the Irish legal fraternity, and be damned to suffer destruction, stigmatization and ostraciseation from our society. On 30-6-2003, my friend informed the Residential Institutions Redress Board that Mr. Connellans application to them for redress contained statements by him about my friend that were false, untruthful and unfounded. On 23-3-2004, Sharon Moohan,Solicitor to the Irish Redress Board, confirmed that Mr. Connellan’s case had been determined by The Board. On 24-8-2007 Martin O’Carroll of Michael Lanigan & Co was again informed by my friend that Mr. Connellan had made false statements alleging that he had suffered sexual and physical abuse from my friend. His response to my friends requests of challenge, information and help, was his draconian and insulting silence, followed by his dictatorial self-righteous waffle, no information, and his arrogant request not to make any further contact with him. I have seen papers released by the Redress Board that clearly show that Martin O’Carroll of Michael Lanigan & Co represented Mr. Connellan’s application to the Board in June 2003.and also in his High Court Claim for compensation before the Honorable Judge Diarmuid B .O’ Donovan delivered on 21-3-2006. Mr. Connellan was represented by Michael Lanigan & Co.Solicitors in their applications to the Redress Board. I submit that not only is there a dogma in place, but this generation believes that there is purity beyond that of previous generations and can do and think no wrong in matters of ‘sex abuse’. Even the obvious damage done by false allegations is seen by Martin O’Carroll and his colleagues as being unavoidable in the cause of ‘truth and justice’ about which they know little. Martin O’Carroll in collusion with the Church and the State, has stood by in silence, while my friends good name was sullied through the courts. Without any trial,appearance, or a conviction, my innocent friend has being given a police record, and has had to suffer the indignation, upset and trauma of being wrongfully branded as a pedophilic and violent criminal by the order of the High Court, and this information was placed on the internet by the Courts Service, and on the media all over the world. I believe that my friends efforts to defend himself and to communicate with Mr. Martin O’ Carroll and his firm of solicitors, Michael Lanigan & Co., and the elusive Irish State Authorities, and the Catholic Church can be compared with trying to attack the Nazis for Antisemitism in the 1930’s. Innocent men like my friend are faced with a cartel of collusive secretive professional people who are very elusive, and who knowingly operate in a very corrupt Irish State legal system that is heavily weighted in favor of those who accuse others of child abuse, and is biased against the falsely accused person. Love, kindness, consideration, understanding, honoring the ten commandments, the rule of law, national, international, civil and human rights are all conveniently set aside by unscrupulous solicitors like Mr. Martin O’Carroll while the unfortunate falsely accused unsuspecting victim is systematically destroyed by them and forced into exile. Martin O. Carroll and these wicked, evil and secretive circle of officers of the court and their colleagues and professional legal eagles who have been, and are involved with my friends tragic case seem to favor their unfortunate innocent victim to be damned as being guilty by what ever means, proven or not. I believe that ‘Justice’ means very little to Mr. Martin O’Carroll and his firm of solicitors, Michael Lanigan & Co. Comments: 1 | Who is Online ?
