Cruel Incompetent Social Workers are destroying my Family.18th August 2007.

For the attention of all Fathers, Mothers, and their children and the Citizens of Ireland.

Should you become the subject of an inquiry by Social Workers who are involved in child protection, you should realize that you and your Family may be in a very serious situation.
In our tragic case, Social Workers, The School Principal Teacher, our Family Doctor, The Gardai, (Irish Police force), and other agencies of the Law colluded and worked together in total secrecy, based on their contract of employment, unfounded perceptions of guilt, and their callous abilities, they acted and used their science to damn, trample on, change and destroy our innocent Family.
They caused our Family Trauma and Grief that will affect us, and our friends for the rest of our lives.
I say this truthfully, from my bitter experiences with these incompetent educated and qualified monstrous people who are referred to in this submission.

When Social Workers of this caliber invade your Family, my advice is that you should be calm.
Record everything. Phone calls, visits, all letters and events.
Learn how to type and buy a word processor.
A computer is a great help.
File and index everything in a secure place. There will be hundreds of documents collected over the years to come.
Copy everything and keep the copied material in a safe place outside your home.
Should your home be raided by the Gardai, they will take away all your files and your computer.
Remember, in kind with the Social Workers, they may not be your friends.
Be suspicious of all agencies of the Law and the State. Under the Health Services Executive Protocol, these elusive Social Workers and State Officials claim their right to lie and make False Statements. and twist your statements written and recorded by them in secrecy, for their gain and your determent and destruction.
There is little or no help for you, and you will suffer at the hand of these overpowered, incompetent, heartless and dreadful people.
There is no organization in Ireland that will stand up for those that are Falsely Accused of Child Abuse.
I was a member of a group in Dublin who were called "Let our Voices Emerge", L.O.V.E. But they were fragmented, and disappeared after a short time.
This web site is one of the few places where you may hope for help.
I am willing to help anyone who is out there.
The battle goes on.

You should see what the so called Social Workers from the Health Services Executive South Eastern Region Waterford, and the North Eastern Region Drogheda have done to my Family since 2002.
Mounting a challenge against the Irish Health Board and the society it represents can be compared to trying to attack the Nazis for anti-Semitism in the 1930's.
Not only is there a dogma in place, but this generation believes that it has a purity beyond that of previous generations, and can do and think no wrong in matters of "sex abuse".
Even the obvious damage done by false allegations is seen by them as unavoidable in the cause of "truth and justice", about which they know little.

We looked for help, and we found the Irish Legal Profession very willing to take our money as up front payments. But to date, and despite our explicit and repeated instructions to do so, no Solicitor or Barrister has ever challenged the people named by us in the Irish Health board who have done their worst to disrupt, divide, and destroy our Family.
Five firms of Solicitors have let us down badly.
In kind with Mr. Edward Hernon, who is at present on hunger strike outside the Health Board offices in Dublin, I have been falsely accused of child abuse.

No Charges were brought against me by the D.P.P.(the Irish Police department), But in February 2002, the South Eastern Health Board had informed me and my wife that they would conduct their own inquiry. In our case, the Health Board was unfriendly, unhelpful, frightening, incompetent, and secretive.
They used a malicious statement against our child and me, unknown to us, to substantiate their unfounded perception of guilt against me, which was that I was having a sexual relationship with our five and a half year old child. We had to suffer the trauma and indignity, while our child suffered an internal medical examination by them for signs of sexual abuse by me, the child's Father.
I was cleared by them of child abuse .But they declined to communicate with myself and my wife, despite our many visits, telephone calls and our letters of query and complaint. It was a year and a half later when, to our horror and disbelief that we found out about their appalling suspicions.
I say that Social Workers have too much power, and when they make mistakes, and behave like criminals, they can hide behind a massive wall of Secrecy and Red Tape. According to their contract of employment and terms of employment, they claim their right to Lie. They are protected by the Irish State. They are untouchable. No authority will challenge them, not even a Solicitor.
But there is a bigger cartel of professionals who, in our tragic case joined in, and in kind with their related cruel practice of the Health Boards named above, have caused my Family utter frustration and misery.
We have suffered unjust attacks from the Gardai, The Residential Institutions Redress Board, The Courts, The Adoption Board, The Immigration Department, The North Eastern Health Board and The South Eastern Health Board and our Neighbors.
In our bitter and tragic experiences over the last seven years with these dreadful people, both I and my wife and our adopted child have found these agencies of the Irish State to be unloving, incompetent, and untruthful professional people who have behaved like Criminals against my Family.
In our judgment ,they are very dangerous people, who we fear.

The Waterford Health Board and the Drogheda Health Board have deliberately tried to break up my innocent Family.
We have good sound reason not to trust the Irish State Authorities who we believe to be working in, and operating the most corrupt system in the World.
No one is safe while these conditions continue to exist.
My wife has advised our child to leave Ireland at eighteen years of age, and live in another country that will protect its citizens.
